At Chateaux we keep our database up to date and utilise our mailing list to send out sales particulars of each and every dwelling. At any one time we have well in excess of 500 clients currently looking for property and on average we send out over 100 detail sheets to clients whose requirements match the property for sale. We also back up this service with comprehensive advertising in the local Guernsey Evening Press, House & Home and Househunter and occasionally on Island FM. For clients who wish to market their property quietly we offer a discreet service, which has become increasingly popular and successful over the past few years.

 PRESENTATION

We believe that presentation counts a lot towards selling a property and no matter where the property value sits in the market, we prepare full colour details using as many photo's as practicable to depict the property in a most accurate way.

 OTHER SERVICES

Apart from our extensive local knowledge on property matters, we are also able to provide Architectural services and are a point of contact if you are looking to buy off Island in the Northern Brittany area. Property negotiator Kristina Edwards was born and educated here in Guernsey and later achieved a psychology degree at Northampton University before returning to the Island to start her career in the Estate Agency business. Kristina recently left the world of ‘rentals’ to move to Chateaux to follow her vocation of ‘selling houses’. When she is not negotiating, Kristina enjoys nothing more but to keep active through dancing, cycling, and swimming. With her warm but efficient approach Kristina hopes to bring an up to date feel to the estate agency whilst obtaining Chateaux’s excellent reputation and maintaining an already very successful company.
